Terms and Conditions

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed are deemed to constitute an offer to enter into a contract on these terms. The aceptance of this shall be by our fullfilling the order to the customer.

FREE DELIVERY WILL BE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF THE SHOP (PL20)
ANY ORDER TAKEN OVER 10 MILES AWAY WILL BE SUBJECT TO A DELIVERY CHARGE .

All goods remain the property of Pet and Pony until payment is received.
Prior to dispatch all goods are checked for faults or damage. Any goods damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of arrival. All damaged goods should be returned to us in the original packaging with all parts, warranties and instructions included and must be packaged sufficiently to avoid further damage with the original invoice to qualify for a replacement of refund which will be at the discretion of Pet and Pony.
Pet and Pony reserve the right to refund an internet sale at anytime without explanation.

VAT
All goods are priced in the website including VAT unless otherwise stated.

GENERAL
We reserve the right to alter the specifications or prices of items at any time without prior notice.
All photos are only indicative types of goods that we offer, Products may vary without warning.
Any out of stock items will be notified before dispatch of the incomplete order so that the customer has the opportunity to choose an alternative product or cancel the order.
All personal information about you (such as address, telephone number or e-mail address) shall remain confidential and not passed on to any third party.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
